Jolly nature, 252 in attack and speed with pursuit, confuse ray, moonlight, and last resort. It's a pretty simple strategy, but it's so rarely used that most people have no clue how to counter it. I've used other setups as well, but that's just my Moon version. I've used it as a special sweeper before as well, which is usually easier than physical.

It's a good staller overall. I run my shiny one (Jiji) as a stalling cleric. Synchronize status conditions, then Refresh next turn. Moonlight/Sunny Day for maximum healing. Slap on Rocky Helmet to punish physical attackers, or Leftovers.

I've taken down many teams on Battle Spot with Jiji; he outlasts everything.

How the fuck do you not get bored to death of being in the same battle past turn 30, I tend to integrate some degree of stall into the teams I create, primarily for either building up DoT through various means such as burn/poision/leechseed/weather and general entry hazards if I can fit them in to make finishing off threats easier, or to wear down my opponent mentally with all the shit going on at once so I have a bit more leeway with my predictions by making it harder for anything other than recovery moves to be predicted. The only way I can see battles going past 30 or even 50 turns, let alone up to 140, even happening if your entire team is built around stalling for as long as possible with no hard hitters.
