At least Incineroar has decent HP and defenses to make up for its speed, and once its HA becomes available it will be even better with Intimidate. It seems a lot better than Decidueye and Primarina to me.

Except fire/dark is not that great as a defensive typing, and only hurts it even more with that speed. Fake out+intimidate does give it a better niche over the other two in doubles though, yeah.
