A Pokemon with the simple ability and shell smash with a white herb. Then give it appropriately powerful attacking moves.
Also a contrary pokemon with moves like V-Create, Leaf Storm, Super Power, Draco Meteor, etc might be good.
But the real answer is Legendaries using all the high bp moves like V-Create, Light of Ruin, Shadow Force, Boomburst, etc
