The only fucking thing that's holding him back is Slow Start.

Make Slow Start only affect the Speed stat instead of being full retard and halving Attack. It can work off of 160 base Attack and 110/110/110 bulk, even if it's guaranteed to go last. Right now its options are to work off of 80 Special Attack (shit) or an effective 65 Attack (with + nature and EV investment, holy shit) for 5 turns.
