Explain the negatives. The only issue is that the the pokemon don't match what pkhex displays since its a crystal hack. Same with moves. Octazooka is Dragon pulse. Meditate is Dragon dance. Other moves are pretty much the same such as the elemental punches. Some items do not match as well. The IVs are displayed correctly.

I've tried talking to everyone in that town both with and without a water pokemon in my party, and both with and without porygon2 in my party. do I need the 20th badge first? I'm like 80 hours in and still haven't done everything I wanted to do. I have 189 caught pokemon and haven't even gotten chikorita or the kanto starters yet.
