Oh! Oops yeah that's not quite what I meant, but I'm not sure it'll make much difference since slow start resets on switch out.
I meant for it to just give the pokes out at the time to get slow start and not be able to shake it off with a switch out. And also not to give out Slow Start more than once. It was meant to give itself Slow Start so that would write over Slow Aura.

I love tanky stuff with tons of power and defense but low speed. I just took Reuniclus and cranked up the parts I liked about it while doing nothing to the boring parts (like the speed and the wrong attack stat). Magic Guard is perfect in my opinion because it means you can laugh in people's face when they ineffectively try to use Toxic or Leech Seed (I fucking hate when my tanks hit by Leech Seed)
It's not boring and too much like regular Reuniclus, is it?

1 boost HP, Megas can't gain HP by rule of thumb.
2 subtract from stats not named speed on a Pokémon with base stat total higher than 450.
3 minmax stats higher than 40 without dumping balance points in an unused attack.
Those 3 are the biggest flags for an idiot trying to make a good mega without understanding how Megas work.

The only retards here are Game Freak for imposing those bullshit restrictions in the first place, and shills like you who defend every retarded decision they make like it was an intelligent and well-thought-out design choice and not just incompetence.
Alternate forms (including Megas) never had a change in base HP because this would create rare situations where changing forms could result a negative HP value. If you would take Game Freak's cock out of your mouth for five seconds you would realize this "rule of thumb" was nothing more that retardation on Game Freak's part. And also Zygarde Complete gains HP, so even they finally realized their own retardation. Maybe you should get with the program. Also:

Mega Beedril is the exception.
Diancie and Mewto are the biggest cases of disturbing minmaxing.
They aren't the rule, they are the exception, and quite retarded ones to boot.
On any other Pokémon would you justify 50 stat relocation along with boosts to those stats? That's Diancie, would you dump 80 points on attack? Would you decrease defense to increase offenses?
Most of the sinful Megas retards come up with are pretty snowflakes that only follow their selfish ideas of how they should work, don't blame me for noticing the patterns on the non extreme Megas, blame the idiots that tried to create Megas by just minmaxing stats without even thinking about what the Pokémon is supposed to be BST wise.

Huge Power (don't worry, it will still not be broken)

I could actually see making it Poison/Steel instead. We haven't had that type combo yet. If I didn't fuck up my math only having two weakness (4x Ground, 2x Fire) and resisting or being immune to 10/18 types is nice too. 0.5x Dragon, Flying, Ice, Normal, Rock, and Steel. 0.25x Fairy, Bug, and Grass. And lastly being immune to Poison.
Giving it access to Meteor Mash (it evolves from a moon stone so I can justify it) and Flash Cannon to give it a STAB move + utilize Sheer Force.

Might make more sense if it went Mecha-king ghidora and turned into a steel type but I'm not fond of the idea.

He's already got access to swords dance, aqua jet and earthquake, why not make him a tanky physical attacker to mix things up?

Muk is such an underrated pokeman desu
Or maybe he's rated just right but no one really talks about him despite him always being a solid pokeman.

>>31192614
Why? an anon already listed mega that don't follow that rule like alakazam, latios, Gallardo etc
>>31192461
Is that supposed to be one for normal Muk and one for Alolan Muk?
>>31193753
I made it while looking at the patterns of other starter megas. The highest atk/sp atk stat for a starter mega is 150-159, so I tried to keep Primarina's within that range while retaining the general proportions of of the original stats.

>>31194018
Well, it may not be out of this world, but max attack Adamant still hits 636 pre-ability. That's still pretty hefty, and if it's the last mon standing, and it's running PuP/Rest/Anything, it'll be absolutely unstoppable. You'd have teams consisting of solely a suicide lead and Mega Regi to beat phazing, just like when Megamence came out.

Ignore him. He's an autist with no clue what's he's talking about.
>>31194303
honestly i think it'd just be fair if they kept gale wings the way it used to be. there's plenty of outside nerfs to priority (psychic terrain, dazzle, queenly majesty, etc.) and they went overboard on this
Mega Parasect
Type: Grass/Bug
Ability: Regenerator
BST - 505
HP: 60
Attack: 95 -> 135
Defense: 80 -> 130
Sp. Attack: 60 -> 20
Sp. Defense: 80 -> 130

Like Beedrill, Parasect isn't going anywhere without some minmaxing. Although with a Grass/Bug typing, you could probably get away with something like Prankster or Wonder Guard.
