Is this z move viable or is it just trash?

what do you think anon? all stat boost on an eevee that'll go down in one hit.

It's viable in doubles, because Eevee can get support to easily baton pass in. But it's nearly unusable in singles.

Have Ash-Greninja use mat block to cover Eevee, then switch it out and have eveee baton pass the boost to Ash-Greninja so it can use the doubled all stats to transform.

Even if you know that someone use eevee and want to counter it, you opponent know that you know and will play around it and find holes in your offense.

I was thinking about using alongside a Smeargle with Mat Block and Follow Me/Rage Powder in the Battle Tree. I would set up EE, then Baton Pass it to Tapu Koko and spam Discharge. I don't think the AI is smart enough to Haze or Roar

It's viable. Extreme evoboost was enough to singlehandedly destroy little cup teams, and I've got an ubers team that showcases it equally well.
