Fly and Levitate, obvious as fuck to predict, damages your mon so you need to force a protect or bring a flying/levitate pokémon, bothem of which give your opponent prediction momentum.

And now grassy terrain even nerfs it.
There's no real need for a nerf.

Third, GF doesn't care about singles, they care about doubles.
