Trying to get an timid female eevee with hp ice for specs jolteon ant this little guy hatched some eggs after my last save, so I give a shoot to use the swap method to get a shiny bonsweet in a loveball, without success (I don't acepted the first egg in the parents trade). But returning the save for a second time, I swapped the timid eevee for a calm eevee for a perfect umbreon shiny and I managed to get this calm guy. Should I try again to breed the bonsweet or just inject one with my OT?

You save, generate 30 Magikarp eggs with a Magikarp and a Ditto, take the Magikarp out of daycare, hatch the eggs. If a shiny, soft reset and put in whatever you want shiny. If not, save, restart.
In the case of single or no-gender mon's, refuse then take every other egg. Refuse, take, refuse, take, to keep the rolls the same. Refusing an egg technically counts as the gender roll number.

Took me 1002 eggs but I finally got my Shiny Alola Vulpix a few hours ago. It's in a Premier Ball, Timid nature, with Snow Warning, and 5 perfect IVs that aren't Attack. Only problem is that it's male, but I'll live. Took me about 3 days to get, not my longest hunt but my most recent one.

My longest hunt was my last hunt, at ~651 eggs for a Mudbray. I'm so happy I finally have my horse.
And OP, it's only a chance that you'll get it in 1/512 eggs. There's a possibility that you could get it in 10 eggs or not have one in 5,000. I try to not think about how many eggs it's taking but how many boxes I can fill in a day. You'l get there if you don't give up.

Those are some nice advantages but it doesn't really fix the main issue of luck. And I still need to get a perfect IV ditto and 5IV parent which will still be a pain to get unless someone gifts them to me.

I remember in black and white there was some RNG manipulation with the DS clock which allowed you to get perfect IV mon in the wild. You could then use those mon and the same method to get the perfect egg you wanted immediately. No hacking, no mess, just put in what you want, the software told you what time and how many steps, etc. and voila, perfect mon easy. Shiny too if you wanted. I know tech has improved since then and such a thing isn't in later gens, but when people complain I think this is the kind of easy fix they're looking for. An exploit in the game to get what they want immediately (or, like, within an hour or so). This 'swapping' exploit is useful, sure, but, it probably still requires countless hours and hundreds, maybe thousands of eggs. Seriously, what were Game Freak thinking keeping this shit up every gen? People want to play the game, not spend hours HOPING they'll eventually be able to play the game.

Seriously, whoever has the time for this shit, well, I don't know whether to congratulate you on your patience and willpower, or shit all over you for your retardation in wasting so much time over luck, where it's possible that what you want could never happen. You could spend hours buying and checking thousands of lottery tickets and not win a penny. Ask yourself. Is it worth it?
