Technically they activate hose forms when they use Sunsteel Strike and Moongeist Beam, but it's only an aesthetical difference. Most pointless form change since Xerneas' Neutral and Active Form

Those are not separate forms. They're just color changes for that art. They don't change at all when they use their moves.

Solgaleo does change during Sunsteel Strike. Anything on it's body that isn't yellow or already white turns white for that attack. The orange on its mane, the black on its sides...all goes white.
