Four questions about Soundhax.
1. Once I install it, what should I be careful to not do or avoid so Nintendo ninjas don't kill me?
2. It is possible to uninstall or clean myself after install it like nothing happened or I am marked forever?
3. Befire installing what should I activate/deactivate in the options settings of the 3DS?
4. What do you guys mean when you say don't go online? It is the shop, or see my friends online or ingame?

nothing

Yes, just remove the boot.3dsx, 3DS folder, and soundhax music file from your SD

Nothing necessary, but if you want to remove the update nag and just use ctr-httpwn so you can downgrade in the future/soundhax isn't patched, boot into recover by holding L R A Up as you boot and click no when it asks you to update

Don't go online was only if you installed the SM leak before the game was out. Irrelevant now.

I see, thanks you kind anon. I want to inject because I literally don't have time to breed anymore. And Soundhax seems the easy way to go.

Ok questions:
>i have A9HL installed, should i bother switching to Soundhax?
>What soundhax has that A9HL doesn't?, and
>What are my chances of fucking something while uninstalling A9HL and then installing Soundhax

Soundhax is a homebrew entrypoint. A9LH (arm9loaderhax, not A9HL) gives you full control over the system as soon as it turns on. The ultimate goal of any homebrew exploit is installing A9LH.
Soundhax just lets you access the homebrew menu. Since you have a9lh, just install the homebrew menu cia if you don't have it already.
