No, confusion is based on your Attack score so physical attackers are shafted regardless. Furthermore, there's no SpA equivalent of Foul Play either. So there's no need for 0 SpA whatsoever.

It's one of those little things that you need to read up to know about. Like how all Smogon sets recommend -SpD for fast mixed attackers.
