GG, I thought game two was off to a great start but of course that ended quickly expecting to see more of crobat, a immunity and free switch on ground is great for mono poison. I'm torn between adding it on mine for next mono, but I also want vileplume (one of my favorite pokemon) and beedrill (skipped ORAS and the mega looks great now).

Which is exactly why I keep Crobat around. I used to have a Haunter instead of a Gengar for Levitate, but I figured the BST boost was worth losing Levitate, since he's got a Sash anyway. And Cursed Body can be surprisingly effective when you least expect it.

Mega Beedrill is pretty great, especially with the buffs it got this gen with Fell Stinger and the prevalence of Fairies. I've never used Vileplume in a competitive way, but I imagine it could be neat. I usually prefer my MegaSaur for Grass/Poison.

Haunter is too weak to keep around even if levitate is nice. I tried running a life orb on my gengar but unfortunately it really needs a sash. I wouldn't mind cursed body if the chance of activating was higher, 30% is too low in my opinion.

Assuming GF aren't idiots and allow us the unused mega stones I think mega bee will be too good to pass up. Vileplue is a shitmon but I love it, my sixth favorite pokemon, so I'll try to make it work. At the least it's reasonably bulky with good recovery options.

Maybe someday it'll get some nice buffs.

That was my thought with Haunter. I HAD a WoW/Hex set on it to pair with Toxic Spikes on Scolipede, but since it's 3v3 and not 6v6, the opportunities to set that up are few and far between, so I dumped it and went with something a little more straightforward. Even got rid of Toxic Spikes on Scolipede. There's just no room for it in this kind of meta.

Yeah, I'm interested to see what they'll do for the other Mega Stones post-bank. I've got my Venusaurite, and that's the main one I concern myself with. MegaSaur is my nigga, and is almost always on my team, with the exception of maybe M-Sableye, M-Pinsir, or M-Tee-Tar.

I also need my Toxicroak. Easily my favorite poke ever. Even have an Expanded TCG deck centered on Toxicroak EX. I'm almost autistic about it.

Yeah I did some digging and found out that Pelipper sits comfortably in that mid speed tier that just so happened to be perfect for a tournament like this.Slap a scarf on it and a few speed evs,max out special attack, and put the rest in bulk and it catches quite a lot of things off guard.

If you run max/max you can switch into a draco and recover it off or force a switch.If you run anything less there is a small chance of a 2hko even after leftovers.

With a set like this you can still recover off damage but there no way for you to switch into it.

Just be aware that you'll sometimes find yourself fishing for scald burns to save your ass if you do go full spdef.It really depends on the rest of the team.
