i'll bite:
Serperior and Emboar's typings make zero sense. Removing Sear and Pour but not Sage ruins the concept, even if they look stupid.
Those green recolors look worse.
Gothorita was a logical middle evo; not to mention, the counterpart to Duosion.
Alomomola we have looks better.
So does Eelektrik.
Removing Vullaby's egg makes it look stupid and incredibly off, it's just a huge brown blank.
Most of the redesigns and renames are really unnecessary.
And I'm sure I've missed a few.

I think for Throh and Sawk what op is trying to show is that their robes should look less manmade. Maybe they're made out of leaves or something?

Ignoring OP's... Odd changes.

I'd cut off Druddigon's wings. They're these unnecessary jagged things that only serve to make the design awkward. They don't look like they could even help it fly and it isn't a flying type so.

Make Unova non-linear and add some urban dungeons(junkyards, trash heaps, abandoned factories)

Redesign the Klink line to have more "hollow" and worn-down looks and make them Steel/Ghost mons. They show up in the abandoned factory and the junkyard. Having them show up in Chargestone Cave was a mistake.

Redesign the Vanilite line to look more like icicles with snow on them. Their current design is too artificial to be good.

Add many scenes of pokemon abuse, but emphasize that many pokemon are well treated, and enjoy the company of their trainers as well.

I'd add more games. The only flaw is that the gen ended too early.

Oh, and I'd make breeding like it is in Gen 6/7. Now it's perfect.
