Did you forget about the virtual console?
Also, I'm actually for Kanto Remakes on the 3DS. Since we're not gridbased anymore they'll actually have to rework the design of Kanto at least slightly, and then the Diamond and Pearl Remakes will get to be on the Switch and not have such a terrible engine.
