Artist needs to work on their perspective and foreshortening. That baby leg on their mega scizor is embarrassing, especially since it looks like they just copied regular mega scizor's body and rotated a bit. It's even worse since they moved the leg joint further forward on the abdomen, so scizor's left leg can't even move the way they are trying to convey.

The fanmade Mega Scizor looks fine for an alternative Mega Evolution (Mega Scizor Y?).

The fanmade Scizor kinda sucks, feels like a fusion between Scizor and Armored Mewtwo.

Nope, the scizor's right leg is in the same position as the orignal m-scizor, which is standing still. Artist tried to convey movement by drawing the left leg back, which is obvious because they drew the armor from above, but as you can see it can't even move that leg back, because it's blocked by the abdomen.

I get that they were trying to make it look like it's walking forward, but they failed.

If they're wearing armor like scizor's you shouldn't be able to see above and inside from the front unless it's bent and positioned behind them. But scizor's left leg can't be behind it, since it's in front of the abdomen.
