It's pretty meh honestly. Fluffy only works on contact moves and basically provides a weakness to Fire. People will see Cotton Guard a mile away and get a free switch in for special Fire type to threaten Bewear.

Scrafty, a punk lizard, can't get gunk shot at all. It is instead stuck with poison jab if it wants to survive fairies.

Leavanny is a mantis/cricket thing, and those both tend to have wings.
Drampa's "arms" are actually clawed wings. It even learns Fly naturally. Dragon/Flying would've made more sense on it than Normal/Dragon, but we already have a billion of those anyway so it's fine.

It's a toss-up. Drampa does in fact have wings, so Roost is totally appropriate thematically, but being an old geezer does make Slack Off seem to fit.
Slack Off has such terrible distribution, though, and I can't for the life of me figure out why. Based on flavor I'd expect all sorts of things to learn it (cats, mostly, but also fucking Snorlax) but as it stands there's only four evo lines with access to it. Why can't Komala or Musharna Slack Off?
