But not that many people run Earthquake on Blaziken since it doesn't really counter any weaknesses. You could better off running Shadow Claw for the Psychic weakness. Unless you know that you're coming up against a Toxapex, that is.

Also, you forgot Toxapex's own Baneful Bunker. Both could play defensively on the first turn. You're just being biased here.

The whole point is ridiculous because Toxapex a. won't run Liquidation and b. won't run attack and c. def won't carey a z crystal.

Carrying less common but useful moves is how you get ahead in team building. EQ for Toxapex, Tapu Fini, and A-Marowak on a Blaziken is fine if you have something else for Lati@s and whatever else.

I see that you could be the hyper-offensive player. I use Toxapex to Poison Spike stall. And doing some damage with Liquidation when the foe is struggling is sometimes a crucial and unexpected move. And the Defense drop could force a switch. Also, I could run Poison Jab but it won't hits Steel. However, the Poison could pay off if the foe is flying.

I would give Toxapex a HP-restoring Berry, or Black Sludge but Recover covered that. So Waterium Z is a somewhat OK choice?
