Its movepool is garbage, man. It hasn't gained any new moves since DP and it was using Knock Off back then because it had nothing better to do. Tangrowth moved up because Knock Off was buffed and Fairy type was created, which drove Azu up, plus BW gave it Regenerator and Rocky Helm and XY gave it AV.

Thoughts on mixed Thundurus? Prankster Thunder Wave and NP clearly don't work anymore in this meta, but as a mixed attacker he has Knock Off and Superpower over other electrics, also he could use Flynium Z for maximum memes overdrive.
