Darkrai is my personal favorite, it's pretty slow but it also has Croagunk deflecting a legendary pokemon's attack with his bare fist

Keldeo Movie is trash in any language, there's even a first grade Math lesson about "Greater than 1 is 2, greater than 2 is 3" dialogue in it in the dub.

It depends on if you want Ash to really do anything and if you care that the entire movie is basically two big fight scenes punctuated by a 35 minute chase scene. It isn't really boring, but once it's over it doesn't really have anything that stays with you.

As for XY, the Diancie movie is pretty terrible plotwise but is good for cute, Hoopa was completely misleading about its content in promos (the legendary battle is not the main plot and only begins halfway through the movie) but still has a few decent action sequences, and Volcanion has a decent but somewhat rushed story with entertaining characters, particularly Volcanion himself.
