DP remakes are out and Gamefreak has given Dialga and Palkia two new moves that actually feel more time-y and space-y

Which one is better and why? Also any other ideas that make Dialga and Palkia feel more related to Time and Space. Moves/Abilities/Primals/whatever. Giratina can come too I guess.

Cool concept, probably better to add in neat moves instead of wasting the ability slot for le in-battle form change like a certain other Pokemon that appears in SM.
Though, Dialga/Palkia needs a signature ability and the concept for Time/Space would be also amazing in the form of abilities related to them.

Dialga's is better because of the free turn. Dragons are common in Uber, so you usually have multiple answers to Palkia anyway.
