It's fucking nutters, man. It's not a meta that just strength alone is enough for. It's not enough that Tyranitar is strong, the problem is that not only does it adapt poorly to Tikis of balance, it is actively buttfucked by them directly, and by the meta environment they create as a whole. If Tapu Lele gets the boot, T-tar's only, tiny niche goes along with it.

I want to use normal Pokemon, but now OU is 90% legendaries. Look at the viability rankings, the few non-legendary/UB/Tapu there are Mega evolutions which I also fucking despise. I really miss gen 4.

Ubers is, or at least was (Fuck Geomancy Xerneas, and Fuck Primal Groudon) actually a very fun, balanced, and tactical tier. There is such a limited cast, but each member is so flexible that it was actually really fun and dynamic. Now it's just the Xerneas and P-Don circlejerk shitshow, but whatever.
