Make it raise Evasion, Accuracy and Sp. Attack instead of decreasing the opponent's Accuracy, but make it so it only works if Alakazam isn't attacked during the turn (like Focus Punch), otherwise it would go from pure garbage to broken

At least Alakazam could use Focus Miss and not miss that much.
