Ice Burn, Freeze Shock, and Hyper Beam and its equivalents can be used one time after the Pokemon is sent out, but has to switch out before it can use it again. However it can still move the next turn.
Basically removing the charge/recharge turn, but in exchange, after use you have to switch to use it again. Kyurem-B finally has a physical Ice STAB.
