Fuck hard mode, here's what needs to happen:

Mega-evolution:

Change the flying type to steel type. If not, then to Rock type. The ability should be something like intimidate.

+20 to speed
+10 to def

Attack Order consumes the counters and increseas its attack for each one consumed:
No counters: 70 BP
1 counter: 120 BP

3 counters: 250 BP

Flinch chance and accuracy remains the same

Give it magic guard, byebye stealth rock dmg and can easily defog+roost, add to it poison or some other shit + u-turn and u got the perfect defoger

Just give it something broken, like Wonder Guard or Sketch.

More realistically, make the order attacks better.
Defend Order is now also a Protect.
Heal Order now restores all status conditions.
Attack Order also traps for 2-5 rounds like Infestation.

Then give it like Multiscale or something retarded that barely fits and you're good to go, with Baton Pass as icing on the cake.

This is the best way of doing it to be honest, sadly magic guard is one of those abilities that makes almost anything good.

+10 speed and queenly majesty/intimidate.

Gets access to fake out, wide guard, heatwave and tailwind, rage powder, heal order heals allies if targeted.

No need for it to be great just in singles, 10 base speed increase actually serves it to speed creep some bulky fake out users with little investment.

First of all, we need to do something about that typing. Queen bees only fly during a period of their life when it's absolutely necessary to move and establish a new hive, so that doesn't really factor into their design too much. Arguably a more substantial typing would be Bug/Fairy, given its presentation as something of an idealized "Queen" Pokemon which has the visual characteristics of a fairy to begin with, and it would fit into its now floating-based aesthetic.

Queenly Majesty has been suggested before but it's a good place to start. It negates the antispeed countermeta that priority brings to the table and helps douse some of the fire that is dealing with Bullet Punch with its new typing and rivalry with Scizor. I think we can do better, but it makes for a stable interim Ability.

Stat-wise, something has to be done. Its stats are really suggestive of the terrible spreads you get in first and fifth gen where they just don't seem to make any sense for what the Pokemon seems to want to do. The biggest problem holding it back is the typing and moveset - if it was good enough, you'd just run a defogger to unsneakypebble the field. So the base stat total is 474 (why) with mediocre hp, attack and special attack, and decent defenses. First of all, why does this have any physical attack at all? It's a fucking queen be. Its entire aesthetic should be based around getting everybody else to do your dirty work. The slowness makes sense, but it has to be really juicy in terms of usage to make it worth being so slow. So, we get a spread like this:

SP. ATTACK 120
SP. DEFENSE 105
SPEED 40
BST: 480

Still not that great, but I feel like just dump a metric fuckton of stats on a two-stage Pokemon like this is cheating. At least now it has a very healthy defensive bulk to support a mediocre HP pool and a huge attacking stat to offset a miserable speed. Now it's starting to take shape.

Seriously dude, don't try to make it special when it shines better using attacks from both sides of the spectrum, remember quaggy, this Pokémon shines like a boss even when using scald from a much weaker special side, or some gastrodon that actually prefer earthquake to hit certain targets harder than Earth Power as both are uninvested yet choose to run sassy.

Giving up atk is a bad idea here.

So you decided to not just change the Pokémon but change the move that comes with it, you decide to stat creep it and pull a - to a stat to justify rising other.

Simply put those changes are horrible and against any guidelines we have gotten from previous game freak buffs. You are also changing stuff to fit your own criteria and ignored the BST thresholds vespiquen was given.
