Weezing's main use is burning your opponent's physical attackers. That thing has a ridiculously high physical defense and most ground/fighting Pokemon can't do shit to it. The only thing holding it back is how shitty its recovery is.

Muk has always been one of those mons I really loved which caused people to say "Wait, why?" I could have told you that adding a Dark typing and giving it STAB Knock Off would make it vastly better.

On topic: This motherfucker right here. I did a Wondertrade run on Omega Ruby, and ended up with a Furfrou. Fucking hated it when it came down from WT. But holy fuck do I love this thing now. It takes hits like a fucking champ.

232 HP, 24 def, max speed timid. I forget what 232/24 does but I see it a lot. Fur Coat obviously, other abilities are bad.

Parting Shot is mandatory. There's no reason to use it if you don't use this.
Foul Play lets you hit hard without investment on non-resistant physical attackers.
Taunt lets you prevent sneaky pebbles, recovery, etc.

Last slot is usually Toxic.

What set/EVs are you using? From the Boomburst mention I'm guessing Assault Vest?

Yep, Assault Vest with maximum Specially Defensive investment (Careful, 252 HP/252 Sp. Def/4 Atk for Beast Boost) and it works far better than it should. Buzzwole hits decently hard even without investment, and after it scores a KO it's trauma town. Meanwhile, AV lets it survive shit like LO Alakazam's Psychic with room to spare. The spread has yet to disappoint me. Moves should be shaped to best fit your team, since after Leech Life and Hammer Arm Brick Break in the Battle Tree because missing is more likely to break a streak than lower power you've got a wide array of coverage moves to choose from. I personally run Ice Punch + Earthquake in the last two slots.
