This set can actually counter koko. Switch in on a thunderbolt/discharge and motordrive boosts your speed. KO with EQ.

since you don't want to use tapu koko

using this as a terrain setter and also a electric type bait, using electric terrain-z gives it a speed boost, in case you need to switch this also works so if the opponent wants to take an advantage of the electric field you can get switch into electivire if is not on the field and get back your speed boost if the opponent goes for an electric attack

admittedly this is way to gimmicky if you want to try out
I can see it working in lower tiers but in battle spot and the sort it's going to be little harder to make it work
