Except with few moves the AI is extremely predictable. Halu always uses supereffective moves where possible without fail. If you have resistant or immune mons you can trivialize him with swap-ins and he'll never figure it out or try to do any sort of prediction.

As an experienced ROM hacker, this is not how the AI works
GF is actually programming trainers to make the wrong move on a given ratio regardless of the amount of moves.
Also, cranking it up to 255 didn't make trainers smarter. Certain values work better for certain trainers.
