I dunno, I think it'd feel better thematically for ghosts to just have draining or regeneration moves. Kinda feel like those should be included here as well.

Unique recovery move: Shadowsucker

Heals HP equeal to opponent HP stat.
Can be used only once per Pokemon

Recover is basically Psychic, Morning Sun is basically Fire.

I like how Roost changes the user's typing. There should be more recovery moves with secondary effects.

Maybe a Fighting-type one where the user rests and becomes Normal-type?

Honestly though, we don't need more recovery moves. What we need is better distribution. Empoleon should get Roost. Aggron should get Slack Off. Celesteela should get Synthesis.

How about buffing dream eater for ghost types allowing them to use it on awake targets
