Haze is manditory on toxapex or else you get setup on by pretty much everything. I would remove baneful bunker for it, that move isnt very useful.

SPA Electric/Psychic + ATK Ground kills it. They're 3 common offensive types, 3 common current gen OU types, two common offensive coverage moves, and two're even is a part of the new Tapu.

Toxapex is fine. Its low HP burdens it well enough. I've never had a problem with it. If you're not/haven't been running Psychic/Electric + Ground presence in OU for the past 3 generations you're just bad at a fucking children's game.
