it's to raise plaza level a lot and find people who can give you 5-star lotteries and have everything be 5 star lotteries and nothing else.

VIP someone in your Plaza who has Treasure Hunt ** as their available facility and get that for 100FC. The first prize will always be a silver bottle cap. Remove it by replacing it with a 1* facility for 50FC or when leveling, then replace it with the Treasure Hunt ** again to get another silver bottle cap. Repeat.

I wouldn't be surprised if the first patch removes this exploit, so use it while you can.
