Grass/Steel horse based on the trojan horse. It's made of wood and it's a slow but very bulky physicall attacker that naturally learns High Horsepower.
Fire/Dark bear based on a cave bear and a caveman. Decent speed and high attack and sp. atk. It has a new hidden ability similar to Drampa's Berserk but for Atack stat.
Water/Electric eel. It uses it's long neck as a whip to cast electricity. Very frail but also very fast, and has Lightningrod for switch-ins.

I will make a 100% accurate prediction.

Grass Type will look good in the first stage,but will have a very bad final evo.It will also be useless,having bad movepool,type and stats and beign weak to both the evil team's and important trainers' pokemons.

Fire Type starter will continue the trend of humanoid fighters that look like bad fursuits,even though its first and second stage are quadruped pokemon that show no signal of bipedalism.It will have a crappy movepool too,and therefore will get no coverage against its main weakness.

The Water starter will get a good secondary type,great stats and great movepool.It will be strong against the Villains' teams and will have problems only in the last gyms.

Starters:
Water Coypu. Starts out Quadruped, Evolves into Water/Fighting that is dual Biped/Quadruped. It is huge and the very masculine starter (like Incineroar/Chesnaught), It's tail is used as a whip and it lashes out harshly with its tail whip while also using it to wrap people/swing with it. It's a strong physical attacker with average/decent speed and decent bulk.

Fire Snake based on a Aesculpian snake with smog coming out of its noseholes that becomes a sleek Fire/Electric Eel/Aesculpian mix. High speed special attacker with sub-par bulk.

Grass small Europelta/Iguana hybrid that evolves into a Grass/Rock Europelta mon that is a bit feminine. It's very bulky with good attack but very low speed and Sp. A. It gets shell smash.

Is a traveler but has a sharp blade like tail.
"She" has rumored to have climbed mountains and maybe walk through cities.
But it's rocky shell is quite dangerous to the touch.

I figure Grass/Electric and Water/Psychic are givens, with Grass dabbling in a few Dragon moves for thematic purposes. But it's the Fire I can't nail down. At first, before Salandit and Salazzle happened, I was certain I wanted Fire/Poison foe the unique typing, but now I'm not so sure, and it was bound to have a mix of Poison, Dark, and Ghost moves anyway. Fire/Dark would work well given the distinctly villainous nature of the vampire theme, as well as STAB on moves like Night Slash and Bite/Crunch, but now it steps on toes with Houndoom and Incineroar. Fire/Ghost wouldn't be bad either, and having Hex on a Fire Pokemon is great, plus most of the more supernatural monster themed moves would be Ghost rather than Dark type (Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Nightshade, Nightmare, Ominous Wind, etc...)
