Well here's my story. I've played literally all of the games from Gen 1 to Gen 5. I don't have a 3ds, so I haven't played any of the newer games. Playing all of the older ones make me bored, so I often don't finish them/care much about it. Buying a 3ds seems near to impossible as I'm a college student and have a very limited budget. Maybe I'll buy the Switch some time after it comes out.

Is there anything you could recommend, for me to enjoy this great series of games again?

It's kind of a weird situation here, we barely use textbooks. The schedule is tight too so I don't have time for a job either right now. I'm forced to take my subjects in the day and afternoon, and literally all jobs are in those schedules.
