HP Ice is piss easy to get due to the 3 perfect I.V's.

Honestly though the best bet is to only worry about nature and I.V's and just be prepared to hyper train the missing stats.

Hyper training doesn't affect HP, as it only gives pseudo 31ivs

My only complaint is that you can't see the original iv after training, makes it a pain to breed.
