Just don't put a lot of thought in the competitive aspect of building it. its going to be shit no matter what so you might as well just focus on natures and egg moves and how you can allocate the stats to form some kind of synergy between them.

Anyway Palossand is pretty shit too but the shiny is so good I'll give you a pass. Once Incineroar gets its HA in 10 years it'll be good
For now some options are A-Marowak, Serperior instead of Whimsicott maybe?

I really hate how S/M forces you outside of gen VII, I really wanted to make an all Gen VII team or fill spots with Gen I, but it's making it so hard. I really love shiny Palossand, so I didn't want to double on Ghost types. Why does Gen VII suck for typing =\
