Investment in special bulk depending on the current team building metagame and support set run. Also sturdy.

I like Mantine a lot but he can't run the support sets Skarmory gets away with. He's still good, my favourite position is a nice defensive pivot for rain teams. He actually works well as a core WITH Skarmory.
