You're fucked in RT. Best you can do in that is make whatever mon you want the leader in the postgame and send your starter to go rot in Peanut Swamp for the rest of time, like i did.

It's possible in Sky and Super, although movesets start out a bit odd in Super.

With 37 Pokemon exclusive to Lv. 1 dungeons, that's about 9% of Friend Area completion.

This is literally a case of having to fill last two dungeons with everything they can because some Pokemon were still not available anywhere in the game.
