I tried thinking of some moves that would give Dialga and Palkia more relevance to time and space, so I'll start of with those if people don't mind. Tried to make them as non-broken as possible so they're just protect clones. What are some other moves people have thought up?

Your effects are cool but protect moves are lame. Also with flinch Pokemon with Steadfast like Lucario can do le ebin ora ora jojo reference and move in the stopped time, also doubly epic if Primal Dialga and Primal Palkia are coloured after DIO and Vanilla Ice XD

Make that 70 BP, 5 PP, Special and make flinch chance 50-60% and you have moves that aren't completely retardedly OP. 100 BP with priority and those effects are insane. OP's moves are good because they don't completely fuck everything.
