Probably impossible. Even with the source I'm not sure anyone but the original dev team have the required background in ASM and familiarity with Gen 2 to actually create content on that scale. Not to mention there's no way for us to know the intentions of the original director.

Unless someone a whole lot more dedicated than most steps up to head a restoration project, we'll have to make do with some bug patches and community unfudgings. It's a shame but nintendo properly fucked prism's future.

Deselect the 'Check for viruses' setting. I forgot what it's called but it should be easy to find.

Right now I'm looking for all the Gold Tokens via datamining. I haven't looked for all the ones in the wild as hidden items yet, but there seem to be exactly 64 (and so far at least one is impossible to get, the one at Route 48-B). There are also three you get from Bingo, and 32 you get from a man in Merson who gives you them incrementally based on Pokédex completion, so that's 89. If anyone knows what Gold Token #90 is from, it'd be very helpful.

It's in a body of water, but Route 48-B is a Cycling Road-style map, which means you can't Surf.

what is the fastest way to raise friendship?

So I put together this quick FAQ so that we don't have to answer the same silly questions over and over again. Let me know If I missed something that is frequently asked.

QUICK PRISM FAQ. POSSIBLE SPOILERS

>This Gym leader won't battle me, what do?

Take the magnet train to Rijon's Botan city. Go to the haunted forest and solve the puzzle to gain access to the mansion. Get two keys to enter the bedroom. After the drain sequence, return to Naljo and the leader should battle you.


>This dude won't build the bridge and I can't get across.

Near that area there is a house with an Aggron inside. Take him into your party(remember to take away his metal coat) and bring him to his owner ho s in the Firelight Caverns. Progress the story and the dude will be willing to build the bridge. Buy 20 brick pieces from the oxalis mart to complete it.

>Ok, I got surf and beat the gas gym. Where do I go next?

Return to Phacelia town and go down-left, into a cave. Eventually you'll reach the Naljo ruins area,

To complete it, you'll need to get 4 jewels to open the chest on the top flor and get the prism jewel. To get to the top floor, you'll need to find the gas mask, which is in the ruins. To reach it, remember you can jump over holes by presing A. To find the remaining jewels, find and press two switches, which deactivates a poison arrow and open up a passage.

Give it to one of the NPCs outside the ruins to get the Naljo Pass. Flash it to the guard outside the ruins' cave to get to Saxifrage Island.

You need to get to th basement and receive the strenght HM from the rival.

Make sure you have the Fluffy coat from the prison. Head east of the Naljo ruins into the ice caves

To the anon asking about the Prism Key's use, there's a house south of the Battle Arcade that gets unlocked with it. It leads to a glitched version of Faraway Island with nothing in it. Mew was likely going to be there but they didn't get to it in time.

Well, it occurs to me that the event script that gives you the token finder checks whether your pokedex caught number is at least 253. In that case, couldn't we check whether the pokedex caught number is exactly 252, and if so spawn mew - catching him forces you to 253, so it will prevent you from catching it twice. You just have to rig it up so that mew is the last pokemon that appears before completing the pokedex, and doing so puts you to completion.
