Anon, it's a start. You need to work on it though, I would start with drawing pokeballs a whole ton, are you using a mouse or a tablet?

If a mouse, you should rely on the line/shapes tool with your choice of program.
Keep your animated ball steady when tilting it, don't shift it out of place, find a point on the ground vs a point where your ball is resting on the ground. Think, is the ball rolling (the point on the ball isn't fixed to the point on the ground) or shaking (the point on the ball is fixed to the point on the ground)?

Keep the FPS at 10 fps, and hold your individual frames for two frames. (Unless something is moving fast, then keep it for only one frame)

And the yellow "click" is very very faint, I would make the yellow darker so we can see it clearer.
