It was probably supposed to be Wicke, but her fight was cut for unknown reasons. Like Faba is Alola's psychic type specialist (And Dexio isn't), Wicke was probably supposed to be the ice type specialist (Like Sina).

Well, in the sun and moon anime episode where the students have to raise an egg, they choose the white egg, found in alola rather than the reddish brown egg brought in from kanto. both of those are the colors of vulpix for their respective regional variants. since lillie is watching over the egg, she will most likley see it hatch, supposedly into an alolan vulpix. therefore, if we get a third game or dlc or something of the sort, lillie can be presumed to be an ice type user.
