I used to use life orb or Fairium Z but Mimikyu gets walled by steel types which also threaten it with STAB SE moves. I switched to Ghostium Z which is stronger than a +0 Life Orb Critical Shadow Claw and it saved me from losing to a steelix.

Father is another Jangmo-o (with Soundproof) holding Destiny Knot and mother is Ditto (Modest) holding Everstone.
I've hatched at least 20 eggs doing this and none had Bulletproof.
I hadn't breed any Pokémon in years, so maybe I'm forgeting something, but I could swear ability should be random since the mother is Ditto.
