Let's have one of these threads, anyone up at 3AM has nothing good to do anyway.
Fill out all the Pokémon you've used in-game. What you define as "used" is up to you, whether it's having it on your team for half an hour as an HM slave or something you carry throughout the playthrough, but do it to the best of your memory.
Will post my own list next.

Red is just some mons that sat in the party for a little and battled their fair share then got boxed
Yellow-orange are just for the sake of collecting
