The third one is also full of achievements that can't be fulfilled with legitimacy, like catching Zapdos, and getting 50 ball craft level.

The most troubling one is "8 eevolutions" I don't think either Sylveon, leafeon or glaceon can be acquired legit.

How do you get the Exp. Share? Someone said fill in three lines on the Bingo card but I have six lines and never received it.

Alright, found out something about evolving Feebas. If you give it a rainbow scale to hold, and then use a shiny stone it says that it is able to evolve with it, but then, when you actually do it, it just says it will have no effect. Taking the scale away changes it to not able.
Changing the time has no effect. Might be broken, might need something else.
Im just gonna drop it for now.

This might be easier than it sounds, he just needs to adapt for the few additional fields added to each pokemon (it will currently crash horribly since pokemon occupy more space in memory.) I guess the other challenge is that those added fields will have values coding for abilities and such and he'll have to copy over a lookup table converting those values to string names, like "84 = Intimidate" etc.

The majority of progress was done in the last year of development after TPP started helping. And devs make dumb mistakes all the time. You couldn't access the fun events in Undertale because Toby Fox made a typo and spelled "fun" as "Fun" in the save file.

The only difference between that and this is Toby Fox was able to patch Undertale, while we can't get official patches for Prism due to the C&D. We could cobble up a fanmade patch but it wouldn't be the same.

KBM works as a prorammer irl so he probably wasn't able to work on it as much as he wanted to. It's typical for romhacks to have some rough edges that need to be patched out but unfortunately the C&D prevents that from happening.

It sucks, but I'm glad we were able to get this leaked build rather than being fully cockblocked by Nintendo. The 15 year old PokeCommunity lurker inside of me is pleased.

Might be because they were using old injects (~4MB CIAs). People should be using the ~6MB ones instead, which are injected on the RBY VC ones. Those VCs were LITERALLY made with pokémon in mind, so they're way less likely to have issues (I mean people were already reporting issues with the old injects regarding pokémon cries being glitched or something). Been playing one of these injects for a few hours with no problems so far.

And I beat the E4. Kind of strange that Lance doesn't have a Dragonite; I know there's limited Dex space and they chose other dragons but seeing a character without their ace is still odd.


The credits broke my fucking heart. To those who haven't beaten the game, the credits page got wiped by the leaker to protect the people that Nintendo might go after, and there's a big warning in its place to "Please think about the effects of what you do." This isn't the version of the game KBM or any of the other devs wanted to put out, and the ideal, finished version will never be released because of Nintendo, and that's sad. Even if it's just glitches, a few Pokémon being missing, and a few areas not being finished, that still really stings. Eight years of love and passion put into the game, and we'll only be able to play the version that's 99% done, just short of the author's vision.

During the battle itself, I ended up switching to my Metagross (in the fourth slot), but even when it's out in front the game treats it as my Meganium (in the first slot of the party), so I can't switch into Meganium and can switch Metagross with itself.

Also after the battle it becomes really hard to walk around the city due to the display being screwed over, but using Fly to go anywhere fixes it. Pretty harmless bug but it's quite noticeable.

Unlock black ranger's cell to get the roof card, unlock the cool trainer's cell (directly across) to learn about getting the passcode. Go to the floor with all the guards, make your way to the bottom right-ish, there'll be a guard blocking a south exit. Just took a look at this thread because I had a question about the Power Plant, but apparently people think Varaneous can't be caught, so I'd just like to point out that Varaneous IS obtainable. Sort of sounds like I wasn't supposed to at the point I did, but eh.

In short, (pre Pokemon League spoilers, if you're worried) after it's awakened and attacks the power rangers, I got Surf and then wandered around exploring stuff and stumbled upon him to the right of Caper City and caught it. I've just reached the Power Plant in Rijon, but I thought Varaneous was supposed to be going around trying to awaken the other guardians? Oh well.

Just a roaming legendary, as far as I can tell. Pure luck.
