And for some reason there are two Psychic specialists (Faba and Dexio).

Dexio and Sina are not Alolan Psychic/Ice specialists. They are just Psychic/Ice specialists that happen to be in Alola. You don't list Grimsley as Alolan dark type specialist, do you?

I don't mind this. I mean, nearly every game has an Ice specialist, so it's not a big deal. I guess Sina counts if you have Moon though. The only other game without one is BW2, and even then, Zinzolin may count as one, or Brycen in PWT.

Could have done without an Electric specialist though. They're in literally every main series game.

Yes. That's probably why they decided to make Sina exclusive for Sun's Battle Tree. In Moon you fight Sina in Heahea. Dexio at Poni Canyon is the same for both games, though
