Electric/Psychic with levitate, it would presumably have the same stats as the other Rotom forms. It would probably see less usage than Rotom-Heat or Rotom-Wash, but would probably be used more than the other forms.

There's not really much you can do about it if you follow the same rules that sll the other appliabces use. Same base stats, Levitate as an ability, the only difference between them being their typing and special move. That's it.

So seeing as all the other appliance forms take their typing from what the appliance is associated with, I'm gonna say Rotom-Dex is gonna be Electric/Psychic, as the purpose of the Pokédex is to gather knowledge and knformation. It's special move should be Psychic, as there's no other stronger Psychic type move in existence that isn't already someone's signature move, or just plain shit (Synchronoise, Future Sight).

So yeah, there you have it.
