Well I played Pokemon Mystery Dungeons Explorers of Sky and that's the most Who it gets. Time travelling, amnesia, fading out of existence due to being overwritten in history and a time sensitive protagonist, with wibbly wobbly, timey wimey foreshadowing shenanigans.

Pokerus is still a thing. Shinies are 1/4000. The plot of SM is one episode of RTD Who.
