Do you even play competitively?

There is a reason Close Combat is used infinitely more often than Superpower on Pokemon that learn both. Dropping defences is absolutely nothing on a move with this kind of base power and perfect accuracy. Same goes for Clanging Scales. Unless there are any significant OHKOs you cannot achive without the extra 20 BP, you should be running Clanging Scales every time (not that you should ever use a special Kommo-O, but still).

It's a mixed attacker, its stats are fine. It's basically a slower, bulkier Greninja with a better signature move.

I'd rather use a 110BP move with 100% accuracy than a 130BP move with 90% accuracy that forces you to switch out afterwards due to the crippling SpA drop, anyways.

Kommo-o isn't stellar but it's nowhere near as bad as what you're making it out to be.
