Don't get your hopes up too much, it's a build from January.
Right off the bat I can tell you it's missing some things, namely the fact it should have more customization at the start, it's still running on Gold and it lacks 60FPS.
It might not even let you make it to the League, but I remember the last beta ending shortly after a haunted house and some minigame where you can get a one-time Shiny Ball.

This is actually legit, but it's a really early demo that bugs shortly after starting.
