Infiltrator and Suction Cups are wildly outclassed and only useful for gimmick sets à la verlisfy style.

I always find Contrary has too few PP for me to effectively use. Try using Suction Cups alongside Contrary so you don't get PP stalled.

For use with contrary, yes. I run full special bulk with Superpower, Knock Off, Rest, and Sleep Talk. It works surprisingly well.

Ye run some dark stab for ghost and then whatever you want, just make sure you have something to deal with bugs on your team
